Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of orientdigitalsolutions.com and to any services you buy from Orient Digital Solutions, a brand of OBT Tech LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website, making a payment or signing up for our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our services

We provide digital marketing and technology services, including SEO, Google Business Profile management, AI search optimization (GMB + AIO), paid advertising (Google, Meta and TikTok), social media marketing, local marketing, website design and development, and AI automation. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and price for your project are set out in your proposal, quote or invoice (“Order”). If an Order conflicts with these Terms, the Order wins for that project.

2. Monthly plans and cancellation

  • Our monthly plans (such as SEO, social media and paid ads management) are month-to-month. There is no long-term contract.
  • Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew each month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time by emailing info@orientdigitalsolutions.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Your service continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.
  • One-off projects (such as websites) follow the payment schedule in your Order.

3. Payments

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless your Order says otherwise.
  • Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Zoho Payments. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Invoices are due on receipt unless your Order gives a different due date. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is paid.
  • Prices do not include any taxes that may apply.

4. Advertising spend and third-party costs

Ad spend paid to platforms such as Google, Meta or TikTok is separate from our management fee. It is paid to those platforms, is controlled by their terms, and cannot be refunded by us. The same applies to third-party costs such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, software subscriptions and stock assets.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need (for example, website, ad account or Google Business Profile access).
  • Make sure any content, logos or materials you give us are yours to use.
  • Review and approve work within a reasonable time. Delays on your side may move timelines.

6. Results

We work hard to grow your business, but search rankings, AI search visibility, ad performance and leads depend on many factors outside our control, such as search engine and platform changes, competition and your market. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales.

7. Ownership of work

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you (such as your website design, written content and ad creatives). We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, processes and know-how. Third-party items (such as themes, plugins, fonts or stock images) stay under their own licenses. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your business information and account access private and only use it to provide our services. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

9. Ending the service

Either side may end a service as described in section 2. We may also suspend or end services if payments are overdue or these Terms are seriously breached. When a service ends, you pay for work done and time already billed, and we will return or hand over your accounts and paid-for deliverables.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

11. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the “Last updated” date. Changes do not affect Orders already paid for.
